Both the Cricut Maker family and the Cricut Explore family cut a magnetic sheet. I just used my fine point blade, since that's what Cricut Design Space instructed me to do. Magnetic paper sheets are quite thin, as they have to go through a printer. Regardless of how you choose to use Cricut magnetic sheets, I think you're going to love the ability to make your own custom magnets at home with your Cricut machine. While you can definitely do many of the projects I show on my blog with any version of Design Space, I understand that it can be confusing for a Cricut beginner. If you have a Cricut deep cutting blade, then you can probably use a magnetic sheet that is a little thicker.
