Are cricut pens permanent?

Cricut Joy Markers and Markers are water-based, acid-free, non-toxic and permanent after drying. The Cricut Joy uses different pens and markers than the Explore Air and Maker. The size of the pens is shorter than that of the Cricut Maker and Explore pens, and they say Cricut Joy on the side, so it's pretty obvious that it belongs to the Joy.
